The Brook Cherith sustained the prophet Elijah during the great drought. It served as a secluded place for him to commune with God, find solace, and prepare for his purpose.
Elijah means 'Yahweh is my God' and he was an ordinary person who performed extraordinary acts of faith with unwavering dedication.
